Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Intvition website and audiovisual catalogue (the “Site”), operated by Intvition Limited. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Professional use only
The Site is a business-to-business service intended exclusively for professional users of the audiovisual industry: broadcasters, platforms, distributors and their authorised representatives. By using the Site you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity and have authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.
2. Access codes and accounts
Certain areas of the Site, including private catalogues and screeners, are protected by access codes or credentials. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your access codes and credentials confidential.
- All activity carried out under your credentials.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
Access codes define the catalogue and the territories made available to you and may not be shared with third parties. We may suspend or revoke access at any time in case of misuse.
3. Permitted use of content
Content available on the Site: including screeners, trailers, key art, stills, metadata and rights information: is made available solely for professional evaluation and the assessment of potential licensing. Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:
- Download, copy, record, screen-capture or redistribute any screener or preview material.
- Publicly communicate, broadcast or exhibit any content.
- Circumvent any technical protection or access measure.
- Use any content for any purpose other than the evaluation for which access was granted.
Any licence to exploit content is granted exclusively through a separate, signed licence agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site and its content are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to Intvition Limited, its licensors or the respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.
5. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair it, or that interferes with other users. In particular you must not introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, or use the Site to infringe third-party rights.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, and update its content and catalogue, at any time and without prior notice. Catalogue information is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is”. We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
8. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy. Please review both documents.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and, where applicable, by European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dublin, Ireland. For any question regarding these Terms, contact us at info@intvition.com.
