Intvition operates a business-to-business (B2B) audiovisual distribution catalogue, providing licensed broadcasters, platforms and distributors with access to film and television content, screeners, key art and rights information across defined territories.
Access to the catalogue and to client areas is restricted to authorised professional users. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these legal terms and of the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
3. Intellectual property
All content displayed on the Site: including but not limited to the Intvition name and logo, page design, text, graphics, key art, posters, trailers, screeners, stills, metadata and the selection and arrangement thereof: is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and belongs to Intvition Limited, its licensors, or the respective rights holders.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated, transformed, downloaded or otherwise exploited beyond the limited, professional purpose for which access is granted, without prior written authorisation from the rights holder. Screeners and preview materials are provided strictly for evaluation purposes.
4. Liability
Intvition takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Site: including titles, availability, technical specifications and territories: is accurate and up to date. However, such information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final terms are always those set out in the corresponding licence agreement.
Intvition shall not be liable for interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Site, nor for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
